Italian law on privacy (675/96 - Dlgs 196/2003) is very strict regarding your personal information. In Italy we have two primary authorization levels of privacy:
1) Basic Authorization Level to carry out a commercial negotiation;
2) Advanced Authorization level consents third parties to use your personal information to elaborate marketing statistic information or advertising purposes.
Gardapartments needs the first level authorization to complete the on-line booking process for Apartments. Privacy authorization is not necessary for Hotels.
Gardapartments does not ask you to subscribe second privacy level. We do not carry out business with your personal information.
If You book On-line with credit card, Gardapartments never asks your credit card number, because we entrust this money transaction to Paypal.

The password you choose during account creation is only yours. Please, don’t reveal your password to third parties. Gardapartments has no responsibility about the consequence problems derived from this action.
